  • this post really makes you think. or should I say the responses . I started weighing and being aware of generic differences. I use carbs and cals that the hospital advised me to purchase. a good basic guideline to a lot of foods. there are even pictures so you can gage a portion visually as well as by indexed foods.
  • I can fit into the next size down of underpants. No digging in when I sit down. Not breathless doing stuff that would have me winded before. Getting stronger. Feeling painful emotions without running to food. (this is a major one for me) Great posts folks. Very inspiring.
  • I had the gastric band. I had it removed as I was having complications. It was sticking out of my skin and was not placed correctly.
