I was diagnosed with degenerative arthritis in both knees. Have problems also with my wrist and shoulders. I get shots in my knee twice a year. I can't do any bike or eliptical exercise. I joined a gym for 10 bucks a month and can do rowing....walking on an incline on a treadmill. ....even standing straight-legged lifts so…

My wife has the same thing. She also can sleep 16 hours and feel like she slept 3. It's hard for her to exercise. If you get any tips...send them my way
