  • Period last week.... I mean, I’m not going to stop going to the gym, it can’t be bad for you lol I’m going to stick with my commitments. I just want to know if I’m doing something wrong.
  • I eat when I’m hungry and I eat thing that make me full. I’m not going to slam food down my throat if I don’t want to eat. I’m not starving myself. If the scanned entries are as wrong as you say they are then I might be eating my calories back. Correct?

  • I either scan everything or weight everything. I never over eat. I don’t eat my calories back because I’m not hungry. I’m a simple person and eat almost the same things every day. My weight was shedding off like crazy and as soon as I started working out, it stopped.

  • Snacks like chips and cookies.... I eat pop corn, veggies or fruit when i want to snack. I’m a big time snacker, especially at night.... so chips and cookies are my worst enemy.

  • I'm currently staying under 1200 cats a day and I've been pretty consistent. Lost 7lbs just based on that but I want to spice things up.

  • Thank you all, I will take everything you have suggested and see what works for me. Going to experiment... even if I don't lose anything, I will continue to do this. In the past I have given up because I didn't see results and gained a ton. I'm just going to keep going no matter what.

  • As far as exercise I'm doing nothing. As far as eating, I fasted for 3 days to detox my body. I'm eating and trying to stay under 1200 but fail by just a little. My diary is open to friends if you can add me. Only drinking water and not eating out.
  • Doc said the referral takes about 3 weeks. Currently taking antibiotics because it's infect. All I can do is wait at the moment. I will take whatever tips you can give me. I'm new at this.
