Something that might help is watching how many calories you consume from liquids. You'd be surprised how you can drink 1000 calories from 2 Starbucks coffees. I think that's a great way to start. When I got back into fitness it wasnt even fitness. I just drank only water as my first change until I worked my way up to exercise. Good luck!

I ran cross country previously and I ran about 4-5 miles a day then. Im at 2 miles a day now and I'm trying to get back to that pace.

To have a slim thick body type food plays a very important role as well. Slim thick basically translates to gynoid body type. Look up workout and diets for that body type and you should be golden. :)
