Awesome job, girlie! You're killing it! How tall are you?
-
FIFY ;)

For realz!!!

You look fantastic!!!

We, the people who have responded to your thread, have been lifting for years and have bulked and cut successfully multiple times. If you don't want our advice, then best of luck to you. As I first stated, your program is extremely inefficient and will not yield optimal results. Legs 1x a week is fine...if you're on juice.…

Is there a specific reason you need to be at 172? You're asking a lot from your body while training and need to fuel it appropriately. You look awesome, so I guess I don't understand why you think you have 6 lbs to lose.
-
I agree with this. It's very random and doesn't make a whole lot of sense. You're working your upper body, many of the same muscle groups, on consecutive days and only legs one time. It's ineffective and inefficient.

Huh?
-
OP, you look great. I also had a c-section... that was rough! Congratulations on your transformation!
-
No, I was one of the first to respond and said she looked great. RE: the comment about recovering from anorexia... I'm on mobile and hasn't seen the OP's profile. I agree, there is nothing wrong with you physically, and you may need to talk to someone. You look really good, but lifting weights can improve your bone…

You can do both or pick one. It really doesn't matter.
-
OMG can I trade in my kid for that one?!
-
Yeah, you pretty much covered it lol
-
It's hard to do both well. You can supplement your running with lifting of you can supplement your lifting with running. I think what's been mentioned above is great. Something like StrongLifts or a power lifting program is going to be too taxing to recover and both your running and lifting will suffer. Speaking from…

Yup. Getting back in shape after having a baby isn't too bad if you start off in good shape and maintain throughout your pregnancy... but it's still hard. And the exhaustion is real.
-
I get it, guys. My kid is 8 and he's very, very active... never wants to sit still.
-
That's too funny. I actually liked the middle of my bulk best, but I was in Mexico for part of it, so I'm a little biased. The beginning felt sad and the end felt fat.
-
I totally get that. I wonder if I'm spinning my wheels by attempting to recomp out of this bulk. I know you know what to do and you're doing an awesome job!
-
This. And your pic made me smile big <3
-
Just based on your pics, they already look great.
-
Lol 22" and almost 12" that's not bad. Mine are 23.5" and 14" and they look proportionate. ETA, thank you, Google!
-
I actually think yours looks really good now. What are your quad and calf measurements?
-
I don't work my calves directly at all, and they still grew 1" during my bulk. But...ways I have worked them in the past was on the leg press machine or the Smith machine. You could probably get away with doing them on your shoulder day, but do you really need to work them?

Usually there are modifications written into the WOD that you could do. For Nautical Nancy, it's a PVC OHS. If you can't do that, I'd say the back squat would be fine. I have guys who can't do thrusters because of mobility, but are able to snatch so we sub that or if you can't do a HSPU then do decline pushups with feet on…

Honestly, I've been doing this for about six years now. I bulked from 114 to 126, I think; cut to 122 and bulked to 130; cut to 126 and bulked to 132; cut to 126 and bulked to 140. I'm currently trying to recomp away the fat and maintain here.

Awwww love you too!

If we're talking Seths, you can have MacFarlane, but Rogan is mine.

That's amazing! Great job!
