I am also supplementing with vitamins to help with known deficiencies, vitamin d, folic acid, and b12, iron ect. and they don’t settle on an empty tummy. There is a book I am reading about the serotonin diet. It is a diet to help you balance your cravings for carbs while on antidepressants. Look up the serotonin diet book. It actually is sensible. And teaches portions.
