Try trail running. Keep it really slow & steady. Never thought I’d be a ‘runner’ but 2 years on I am! Helps I’ve got a dog who needs to go out rain or shine & we do about 3 miles most days. Stick with it!

Hi again! Got the YouTube video & wondering if I just continue logging my water & exercise or do I do something else too for the challenge? I noticed I have a challenge option in the app under 'more'? Also does tea & coffee count or just water? Thanks!
