I'm 5'5, sw 176, cw 166.2, gw 125. 10 years ago I was 117. That's too thin and now I am over 50 I don't think I will see that size again, sigh. But I can be healthier than I am now, lol.

I would tell my 40 something self that cookies only make you feel better for the few minutes the fat satisfaction lasts in your mouth and brain. The sugar consumption will last a lifetime in your fat cells. Better to eat a stick of butter!

I would tell myself as a child to do the back exercise the orthopedic doctor told you to do so your back wouldn't hurt at 40 like he said it would.
