Thank you for the awesome feedback. First answer I do have a fit-bit, I get just under 10 000 steps in a day, it has become my mission. Thanks Gary, I will keep this in mind. Thank you for that Shadow, I feel so amazing today. I walked over 5000 steps, big deal for me. In the beginning of the year I was lucky if I did 500. I spent 3 hours in the pool with grand kids,and had fun for the first time in a long time. I feel exhausted but so content.

Some amazing inspiration here, I am 55. And have never exercised. But with me trying to loose weight. I thought I better start somewhere. I started dancing to the music on the radio. Played ball with my grandchildren. Started swimming instead of paddling in the pool. I must admit I am feeling better. I even started walking…

Thanks all, well I am in my second week. I feel I am doing this right, yet keep thinking I might be wrong, hope that makes sense. I have never been active, and now doing a few home work outs, and walking to the stores instead of getting in the car, seems to help me. I am so ready for this new change.
