Will power! I love beer and tacos but I know if I can give them up for until I reach my goal it will be worth it. I do have a few days out the month where I can have a few beers and some tacos but I dont let it get out of hand and set me back majorly.

Got it, I also have an event coming up that I was hoping to be at my goal weight before, thats why I am going for the 2lbs a week but I have been hearing about the losing muscle mass :(

Thats true, I am trying to only weigh myself once a week because Ive noticed if I weigh in daily its always gonna be up and down.

Oh wow yeah i work out 4 to 5 times a week, but only burning 500-600 cals a day, I'm 5'2 and 147 lbs, goal weight 135. I am eating about 1350-1500 cals a day not including the ones I am burning off.

thank you all for the feed back! I like the idea of calling it a treat meal inside of cheat meal, but yes I know now I just have to get back on it and not let it get me down because i know there is going to be more treat meals in the future lol

I forgot to mention I do cardio 4 to 5 days a week and burn about 400 to 500 cals so in actuality I'm eating 1300 to 1500 cals

5'2 148 and goal weight 140, I've already lost 7 1bs in about 4 weeks, no I just eyeball my food

Yeah I don't I usually just look online for the calories in the amounts I eat of chicken or whatever I'm eating and eyeball it

I am 5'2 148 lbs as of now, im on week three of eating 1091 calories a day with a goal of losing 2lbs a week, honestly the 1091 is working for me, i eat alot of fruits and veggies and also red potatoes so maybe thats why i feel good and not hungry or tired, i also workout about 4 or 5 times a week

I am trying to lose 2 lbs a week and given 1091 for my calorie intake daily, im on week three and am sustaining it so i think 1200 is sustainable

Not sure what my stats are, how can I find those? i used a calorie calculator and it gave me the 1091 a day, and i have read that 2 lbs a week is a good pace to lose weight at so not sure, i am on week three and have been actually doing good on this calorie count

Good job!! I am on the same mission, but trying to lose 15 lbs! I am on week 3 and down 7 lbs so far! how many calories are you eating a day? and how much are you working out? its hard to stay on it!
