Would love support and motivation! 35/f from Northern California. Started at 370...currently 230.6...new goal is 160. And then go from there...I've been taking the goals a little at a time because trying to think of it in terms of need a loss of 240 lbs is overwhelming, daunting and seems unattainable.

I'm still eating mostly want I want to eat. Just watching portion size of the crap food and how often. And the forcing of myself to hit my calorie intake goal everyday so I don't get these days of starvation and eating everything and anything in sight. And thank you!

Also looking for friends in the same position I am! Although extremely new to MFP. I lost 150 on my own the last 1.5 years. Then for the past 5 months struggled and put ON 30. Now BACK down those 30 but really need support. I still have another 70 lbs to go to hit goal...or 90 lbs to hit healthy and fit. Focused on the 70…
