Started at 376...now at 230 and need motivation and support

Hello everyone! I have been on an extreme weight loss journey on my own since May 2016. The past 4-5 months have been personally hard and I've gone through extreme changes in my life. Mother of 2 kids, 12 yo boy and 3 yo girl, work full time and just looking for others out there like me. To give encouragement, feed back, positive reinforcement...I've never done MFP except to quickly glance at it in years past. I'm extremely new to any of this. I used my past knowledge and experience for what I knew did and didn't work for me. Because honestly, how many of us out there HAVEN'T tried every diet, food, ideas to only fall constantly short. And I've also lost a ton of weight quickly in the beginning but it slowed to a good pace. Then have recently watched the numbers go up and down and up and up. Just looking for others who need the same motivation or friends. I currently have none haha. I've done this entirely on my own up to now and do not want to do it alone anymore. Here's some pictures throughout the last year and a half and the drastic changes I've gone through and continue to go through.

That's an amazing loss!! Diets suck, it's really best to eat how you plan on eating for the rest of your life (healthy of course!), but at a deficit.
I'm still eating mostly want I want to eat. Just watching portion size of the crap food and how often. And the forcing of myself to hit my calorie intake goal everyday so I don't get these days of starvation and eating everything and anything in sight. And thank you!

I have also been on a weight loss journey for the past year. I started at 300 pounds and now I am 174.4 pounds. I still have just shy of 45 pounds to lose.

You are welcome to add me as well.
