Sorry haven’t posted in awhile life’s been Hectic been working out for the last 2 days watching what I eat. Fasting. If you would have asked me 2 yrs ago if I could go 24 with out eating I would have laughed at you. So I’m going to try at least 16-18 everyday with one 24 hr a week.
