I tried the vegan meatball meal and the spicy peanut butter tempeh meal and they are freaking good. I am vegetarian and struggling to meet my protein goal. I hit my goal on using this. I didn't try the snack but I will be in 3 days when I food prep again. https://fitmencook.com/vegan-meal-plan/

@ the gym and a guy told me to hurry the f up and stop playing on the elliptical and hit the yoga room. Rude as hell. I was on that thing sweating bullets for 40mins and on fat burn mode. There's no way that was playing around. So I flipped him the bird and continued with my work out while dying inside from how hard it was

1 cup oats, 1 tbls sliced almonds, 1/2 C frozen blueberries , 1 cup almond milk. Stick in fridge and wake up and its ready to eat. My favorite recipe for it. Its sweet and healthy! No raw tasting oats with this recipe. I think the almond milk is the hero here

I am loosing weight and humus is a staple in my meals. It has low calories and its filling. Plus has protein. I say love it and enjoy it! I too always have more then 1 going in my house (kids love it too)

I bought my $20 rice cooker and have had it for 2years and its still going Strong. I use it to make white rice, quinoa, brown rice,buckwheat and I have cooked lentils in there before (just keep an eye on them! )

They say drink half your body weight in ounces. So if you weigh 100lbs drink 50ounces of water. That's the rule I stick to and my doctor gave it a happy thumbs up
