It's easier to meet your needs for fat than you think. Also you don't NEED to do super high fat. Keto diet only NEEDS to be low carb. Just meet your protein goal, stay within your carbs and use fat where you need to help with hunger. It was really only tough for me the first couples days. It feels strange not to eat a lot…

Sounds like you're doing it right to me! Just meet your protein goal, stay within your carb limit and use fat to help with hunger. You may want to cut out artificial sweeteners. After a little while you could add them back in and see how it affects you.

This is wrong. Taking a fiber supplement will not offset your net carbs for the day.
