Definitely keep track of calories and eat lots of lean protein and vegetables. Water is essential to the body but I found it's better to drink several hours before bedtime. And chances are , you probably just having water retention problems.

Pineapple angel food cake. One large can of crushed pineapple and one angel food cake mix. Mix together , bake on 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cool then top with fresh fruit. It's low calories

The main concern , watch the water you drink. The best is spring water or artesian. Other waters have added chemicals which aren't healthy for the body. I would be careful. Too much meat results in gout and health issues. Best thing is exercise daily, drink a lot of water , preferably spring or artisan. Keep track of your calories and stay away from saturated sugars

I like using a casein protein supplement. I like to rest and let my body absorb the contents. I use muscle tech phase 8. The taste is great too

Pray before bedtime that God gives you peaceful sleep , set your alarm , make coffee and tell yourself , I can do this. Trust me once you start it will get easier

No alcohol but I do drink pre workout supplements and protein shakes like it's alcohol

I'm usually up around 3:30 am and hit the gym at 5. I usually take a pre workout and have oats or peanut butter toast. Give it about 30 minutes or so to digest. But I usually get better workout from it. Just fuels me
