I have been back at the gym only for 5 months this year , I'm 50 years old but since April I have loss 23 pounds. Now it seems no sudden changes. Anyone feeling like me ? Been losing weight and gaining lean muscle, but being 50 years old it's happening at a slow pace. I just expect more as I'm being committed and really dedicated .
Just wanting to encourage everyone not to give up . Sometimes things don't happen as fast as we want , but in some cases it takes a little longer. Keep pushing forward and know each step counts
