  • Hi everyone, My name is Annie and I live in Florida, USA. This is only my second day using My Fitness Pal to keep track of my food intake. I lost a lb. today, but I'm sure that was just water loss. I am 70 years old and not very active so I'm trying to improve on that and stick to 1200 calories a day. Any advice for me?
