Hiya, I use my treadmill on incline and do hold on sometimes, if you use a HRm you will get a true calorie burn.... the calories on the treadmill are very very generic, i see differences on the HRM depending how much effort i put in... Good luck x

Thanks you everyone, I have read so many websites on green tea and all slightly different, but I guess what i am hearing is that is is really good for your health so no harm in taking it, but the key to keeping losing weight is healthy eating and excercise and if the green tea add a little to the loss its a bonus :happy:…

HI, i take low fat humous with lots of crunchy veg which i nibble over a couple of hours, it keeps me rally full till dinner time.

I often put chicken breasts, chopped tomatoes, onions mushrooms, garlic and anything else you fancy in the slow cooker and let it cook for 4 - 6 hours then serve.. the meat is amazingly tender and full of the juices from the tomatos...

how about sit up and crunches each evening or each morning, also investing ins some kettlebells they give an amazing workout...
