I am a mom who needs to lose over 100 pounds, so I know how you feel. I am working on 25 pound increments at 1 pound at a time. That really makes it easier. And I am going to do it! And so will you!!

Just start everyday fresh! Every morning is a new start. That's how I look at it no matter what the scale says to me. I weigh myself everyday. It is hard not to wonder about what we did before, I know. We just have to look forward to what we are doing now. Even the future is not ours. So just focus on now. Have a super day!
