TODAY WAS A HARD DAY FOR ME BUT I AM GOING KEEP GOING ITS ALWAYS WHEN I GET OFF WORK AND MY JOB IS A SIT DOWN JOB SO THAT DONT MAKE IT ANY BETTER

    I believe I saw you post the other day that you are fairly new to this (or are trying again starting now). If you have your goal set to lose 2 pounds per week you may want to consider changing it to a pound per week. The first few weeks are going to be a little difficult, but you don't need to make it harder on yourself by having a dramatic deficit that the 2 pound per week goal give you.

    I'm starting to Persue my goal to lose weight again ,due to GI problems , I'm on a bland diet right now, yet I binge emotionally​which I have ate some foods today that I should not have eaten​, but I didn't binge. I'm thinking about changing my binging eating habits, yet this will be a very hard challenge, yet I do want to feel better

    Some days just suck. But better days come more frequently. Keep it up.

    Just start everyday fresh! Every morning is a new start. That's how I look at it no matter what the scale says to me. I weigh myself everyday. It is hard not to wonder about what we did before, I know. We just have to look forward to what we are doing now. Even the future is not ours. So just focus on now. Have a super day!
