I've tried various versions of grams but it won't accept my of them. It also won't let me put anything but numbers in the first box. Also tried with and without the space.

Thanks. It wasn't green but I couldn't edit it. It took me a bit but I figured out how to add a new food. This app used to be so easy to use.

I don't know how to successfully control it but I know I'm retaining water by making a fist and my skin on my hand goes taut, smooth and shiny. I can go up and down 10lbs a day through this. Generally though by the end of the week it levels out.

Mfp works by giving you a calorie deficit before you exercise so even eating all the exercise calories back is going to leave you in a deficit. The problem is that mfp wildly over estimates that calorie burn so you cant rely on that. You can I use a watch to count my exercise calories and have to adjust what mfp suggests I…

I've lost 29lb in the last 85 days. And still arouund 100lb to go. Been up and down over the last few years. Had added and lost on here so many time I couldn't bare to add my gain last time so mfp is showing a lot less of a loss. I am determined there not be a gain again.

I have PCOS and all the pcos diets I saw said cut out carbs, sugar and dairy. I didn't see any specify gluten. I person haven't cut anything although have reduced carbs especially processed carbs. The calorie deficit and exercise has helped. I did have run where I was eating a lot of bread for convenience for work lunches…

Thank you. I hope you are right. I have been off most processed carbs for a couple of months now. Bread and pasta being off limits. I have pcos so was told it was better to avoid them.
