And yes I am tracking calories.. not going over at any day of the week since I started tracking. btw I had a high sodium meal Saturday for lunch.. but it's Monday today shouldn't it be all gone? I drank tons of water since then.

Onions and mushrooms. They're in most good meals and I struggle to take them out because I can't stand to eat them lol. I also tried broccoli several times but just the smell of it pushes me away

lol I'm eating oatmeal right now.. my everyday breakfast with a banana on the side. I add 2 Tbs of peanut butter and 1 Tbs of sugar free honey. Just delicious!

Well sometimes I go into the app and I have like 50 calories burned or something just from my steps. I know that eating meals within two hours of each other, or not even two hours, it just has to be relatively close... it speeds up your metabolism because your body burns down the food you just ate, and works on the new food you're consuming.

Why are ppl questioning you so much lol. I live with ppl who STUFF themselves with tons and tons of food and remain the same. Activity level you ask? None. Don't question me because I live with them haha.
