Thank you for your input!

I'm also in a 500 calorie deficit daily
-
@lynn_glenmont goal is to continue losing even if slighly little weight weekly enough to eventually have my abs show again... at the same time stay on a deficit 6 days a week while having the 7th day as a free treat day... staying under maintaince calories so I can keep slightly losing weight
-
By the way, the last time i did cheat days, i was eating rougly 1500 calories a day and on the 7th day i ate about 6000 calories. Still continued to lose weight. But i only did it for a month. So 4 cheat days. I made this post because i intend to cut for a longer period and wanted to make sure the math is right before…

@lynn_glenmont

Alright, technically speaking..if i wanted to keep cutting. I woudnt just eat whatever is left of my maintaince calories because as someone else mentioned, thats no progress. So i could just have a slightly bigger treat day but stay under the weekly maintaince calories in order to keep cutting. Thats all i wanted to clarify
-
@lynn_glenmont @NovusDies That makes sense. Thanks for the info.
-
@NovusDies if i'm calculating it per week... 16,800 to maintain weekly, while i'm consuming 9,800 weekly... wouldnt I just have whatever left (16800 minus 9800) to spend on that 7th day and still be within maintaince ?
-
@NovusDies i dont have to still be on a deficiet with the cheat day included. Just as long as i stay within maintaince calories... would that still just leave me 3500 to spend? Or did you mean 3500 plus the 1400 calories i would regulary eat?
-
Also, my BMR is 1,600 calories a day
-
I’m 5”5 and I eat 2200 calories a day to gain weight. I weigh 131. Try it out, if you don’t like the results, you can always lower the calories. You got this.
-
Low-fat popcorn, 100 calories per bag!!
-
Great, thank you! Also I do 5 days of weight lifting, so that’s more calories I’m burning that I cannot estimate or record
-
I call it a cheat day because I’ve never consumed that many calories on one day. Plus I’ve been eating healthy foods for so long, and I plan to eat 3000 calories of not so healthy foods, that’s why it feels like a cheat to me
-
Okay cool. Btw I’m no rush to lose weight, I’m just slowly cutting. Thank you
-
80 calorie Dannon light & fit yogurt (so many flavors) with Nature Valley garnola, or any kind of garnola :)
-
finally someone who understands me lol! I’ve been eating peanut butter every single day for the past year or so. I can literally eat it in every meal
-
When I first started, I noticed after a month. Old clothes started fitting !:) Now I’m working on getting my abs to show and I’m on week 2... see some results but nothing too major yet

McDonald's salad like someone above mentioned. With grilled chicken it's 350, with crispy it's 450. Dressing is 100 if you add it. A buddy of mine works there and he says it's pretty healthy compared to how they make other food
-
2400 for maintenance.
-
So far peanut butter haha
-
Cool thank you!
-
If you're considering going crazy for a cheat day, and it won't fit your calories... that's fine too. Like you said, start fresh the next day!
-
I just eat the stuff you're calling "cheat" instead of what I eat in my day. If it fits in your calories, you'll be fine. What I do I just cut out something from my breakfast to eat that extra good stuff later on the day lol.
-
Makes sense, thanks guys!
-
Awesome thank you!
-
Oh wait..
-
Cereal and milk
-
Coconut milk mocha macchiato.. 120 cals for a small. Pretty good drink, I like my drinks sweet and only one sweetener did the job!
