Maybe Apple and peanut butter? I like pistachios, raw almonds and a date or two. Greek yogurt or vegan protein mixed with coconut milk. Cottage cheese with olives and hot sauce. I’m full of ideas and hungry at the moment lol.

I love to do nuts for a snack. Also hard boiled eggs, patê and crackers, fruit salad, to name a few.

Hummus and veggies. My fav because there’s so much variety in hummus and you can do different veggies.

    Celery and peanut butter.

    Fresh fruit and yogurt.

Oatmeal with a touch of peanut butter.

    Protein shake with soy milk.

    Banana and peanut butter.

    Salmon with pineapple salsa.

Cheese sticks and pretzels or grapes.

Here are some snacks I love:

Laughing Cow cheese on a Wasa Cracker. Sub any crackers you'd like.

Non-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt with a touch of dry sugar free pudding mix of your choice. A lot of people do this to get a whipped cheesecake-like dessert. You can top with berries or banana slices to bulk it up

    Kashi Cereal Bar

Low Fat Cottage Cheese with fresh mango

    Pop Corners chips

All else fails...a piece of fresh fruit can satisfy until I can eat a meal

Small baked potato, a few tablespoons veggie chili, reduced fat sour cream, sprinkle of cheese.

Sandwich slim, smear of hummus, spinach and a few ounces sliced grilled chicken.

Cooked Asparagus or green beans, a few tablespoons of something creamy (diluted cream cheese, yogurt, sour cream, etc), a few bacon crumbles, topped with seasonings and a scattering of bread crumbs

Shrimp, onion, peppers, Mexican spices, use sandwich slim as tortillas for mini tacos

    Broth based soups

Roasted veggies - mix root veggies and lower carb ones so you can have a larger serving

Kodiak double chocolate pancake and muffin mix... muffin version. I sub light blue bonnet butter for the oil and use almond milk. 142 calories per muffin.

If I feel like I need a snack but don't feel like fruit then I tend to go for a cheese string, yogurt, a go ahead bar, or a rice cake. In general I try to limit the days I snack though.

Greek yogurt (flavor of choice) and Fiber One cereal.

Banana greek yogurt and a splash of crushed graham cracker is like banana cream pie.

    Big-*kitten* bowl of broth soup.

Omelet one egg, two extra egg whites with veggie of choice + toast.

    Variety of veggies and dip.
