Nope my fam would eat anything and everything right in front of me and I would control myself lol. After 3 months of that I'm where I wanna be and they still eat those things, but now I can get a taste at least

Only in the beginning. I started eating egg whites. I dread them. Eventually stopped putting salt on them so I can't taste them and then I just cut them out haha I couldn't do it

MFP tells me to eat 2450 to maintain my weight. I eat 1800 or 1900 max a day and weight train/cardio 5 days a week. I gained 1.5 pounds. Soo what's that all about

Definitely makes sense, and btw I do eat the same things everyday.. been substituting small things and adding small things. I weighed in today since exactly two weeks ago. I've gained 1.6 pounds. And I don't see any "fat" gains so I'm happy with that.

I appreciate your concern. And to answer your question, losing 40 pounds didn't feel aggressive. My body just responded to working out and eating small amounts of food much better than I had excepted. I'm doing 10 mins of cardio everyday. And I'm just mentally scared to gain any "fat", not weight. I don't care if I gain…

Limited caloric intake to about 1000 a day(this all happened before I started using this app).Lifted weights and did cardio for 6 days a week until I got here. Now im only doing 10 mins cardio because I'm building.

Well actually water is super beneficial to the body, drinking when I'm only thirsty is bad advice, I'm not using it for weght loss. And as for weight loss I've already met my goal .. I was just wondering about the metabolism theory only.
