If you have an iPhone then you need to get an Apple Watch.

Godfather 1 & 2. Best movie I have watched in a long time would be Sicario.

Marshall. About one of Thurgood Marshall's first court cases. Very good.

Wait until it gets to -40º below zero. You'll want to send it all back. Actually, I love snow and cold weather much more than I do summer.

After I reached my preferred weight I shifted my focus to a more heart healthy diet. Paying attention to cholesterol and sodium levels. That keeps me motivated to continue logging my meals and exercise.

Try tracking your sodium intake for a few days. The daily value for sodium intake is only 2,300 mg, and it is really easy to blow past that number if you're not paying attention. If you notice that your sodium intake is high then that is most likely the reason for your high blood pressure. Once I started paying attention…

I have owned Fitbit's before, and they are a good choice, but I now own an Apple Watch and won't go back. Samsung has some nice watches also, so look around and see which one fits you the best.

My suggestion would be to roast your veggies off in the oven. Buy an olive oil pan spray and spray a small amount of the olive oil over the veg. Add your salt and seasoning and then roast in a 350º oven. Another option would be to purchase a small rice cooker. They generally include a perforated pan that is meant to steam…

Green onions have a stronger flavor than chives.

Can't tell how tall you are, but i'm guessing 230-240.

The closest thing to anime that I have ever watched was Robotech. I haven't really watched it since I was a teenager, but I remember that the series killed off major characters. Pretty hardcore for after school cartoons in the '80s.

What do you mean when you say you "lose it" after dark? Do you mean that you are just over eating, or that you are bingeing on sweets? If it's sweets then I would recommend fitting fruits in with your breakfast and lunches. Fruits kill my sweet tooth and I don't crave them nearly as much as I used to. If it is the former…

Oh, and also that all snacks including so called healthy snacks have a ridiculous amount of sodium in them. Never gave that any thought until I started using MFP.

All the political BS on NFL sports pages. You want to boycott the NFL? Fine, but do it and go away.

How boring.... I will never look at food solely as fuel. Food should be enjoyed. Doesn't mean that you can't fit delicious food in your diet. Just means that you may need to get creative.

No...I don't think that it's healthy. MEDICAL research also says that when cholesterol and triglyceride levels are that high that you are susceptible to heart disease. It's been a while since I checked, but heart disease is still bad, right?

Just had our company health screening yesterday, and the employees who were on the Keto diet had cholesterol and triglyceride levels that were off the charts. Keep that in mind. It's not necessarily the healthiest diet to go on.

We need sugar to live... Yeah, too much of anything usually isn't good, but I noticed that I no longer crave sweets anymore after I incorporated fresh fruit into my diet.

Poach the salmon off in some white wine, water and lemon juice with garlic, scallions, and tomatoes. Lately. I like to rub the salmon with toasted sesame oil and a mesquite seasoning.

With salmon there’s a big difference in flavor and texture between wild caught and farmed salmon. I will pay the extra money for the wild salmon, but can’t eat the farmed stuff. Otherwise, Ahi Tuna is a fish that has just as much nutrients as salmon and have a lighter meatier flavor.

I think I would rather have my car stolen. That's what I pay car insurance for, and I use my cellphone a lot for work. I use my car too, but I can work from home pretty easy until my insurance pays for my car.

Let me clarify a bit. I wouldn't recommend instant rice because it's partially processed. I would suggest a generic completely uncooked brown rice. Also, invest in a cheap rice cooker. Really worth it too because it comes with an attachment and I can steam my veggies while cooking my rice. You can use buy a low sodium…

Don't get caught up too much in name brands. Often the generic or exclusive brands that you see sold in stores are made by the same companies that make the expensive brands. This isn't something I read off the internet either I know this to be true because I work in the industry. The exception is non edible items like…

Not only that, but look at all those challenges people sign up for. Quaker Oats had one that puts you in a drawing for a gift card if you log so many breakfasts in a month. That's pretty good information if you are selling a breakfast product don't you think?
