Mine was Ok, progress has slowed right down as I'm getting to the final bit of stubborn fat covering lower abs and have been cutting since January. 2 more weeks of this then I start a bulk to put on some size over the winter. Looking forward to some BIG lunches :smiley:

See it as a journey similar to getting a college degree. Tried IF with plant based, went back to meat/fish because of the sodium levels in meat substitutes as I need a lot of protein.
