As a yo-yo dieting person I am oscillating within 38-42 pants sizes for the last decade. Few times I gave my clothes that became too big, and after some time I needed them again. I will keep all pants at least for 1-2 years after loosing and successful maintaining of my weight.

Many thanks for all the suggestions. I've decided to cut 100 calories from my breakfast, which I can easily survive, cuz I know lunch is coming soon, and plan for yogurt or skyr snack after dinner. As well it is related to my previous bad habits to eat all the sweets and snacks after dinner, which I obviously skip now.
