I understand all of this. I am just saying that when I drank these shakes, I liked them. I used them as meal replacements and it worked for me. That's all I'm saying. If you don't want to do shakes, that's fine. She was just asking if this product worked and I was just honestly answering that it did work for me.

It IS a pyramid scheme if you try to sell it. But, I personally love the stuff. I feel better when I'm using it due to all of the vitamins in it and I did lose weight on it. I say try it for a month to see how you feel. But, definitely don't get suckered into selling it.
