I've had good luck with GT's Enlightened Gingerade Organic Raw Kombucha. The flavor is strong (and sometimes I dilute it with seltzer water) but I usually get a craving for it once a week or so. It's widely available now at Walmart, Aldi's, and Costco. It makes me feel good.

Hi there. I use a Garmin Vivoactive HR (shows heartbeat rate) which is not perfect but I am very attached to now and would recommend. I'm looking for a new scale, as well. Did you find one that worked Floridagirlsan1993? Anyone else have suggestions? Thanks!
