  • you look fantastic! can I ask you, did you lose the weight counting calories on MFP? did you lower carbs? or did you eat whatever you wanted within your allowance and lost the weight? did you work out?

  • I'm 5 feet and weigh 154.4 I'm new to MFP and would love to add you guys, but I don't know how? Last week I lost 5.2 (first week) but this week I GAINED 1.6, after counting calories diligently AND working out. Feeling bummed. Wondering if I should be cutting back on my cards a little?   • I usually walk a lot. I would work out if I had access to a gym though, it would really help if you're planning on indulging on the glorious food (so you should). This way you won't gain, if any, weight.

  • You're probably lactose intolerant. Are you having dairy? This is how I found out I was lactose. I was bloated all the time. So I cut out most dairy and now use Almond Milk. Bloat is mostly gone except last night I wanted some Greek Yogurt with my blueberries so bad that I just had to have it lol. Today I'm bloated :p
