Last few days. Lots of M and M's and plain biscuits. Stupid *kitten* cramps and migraine. when i could eat chocolate is all i wanted. Feel like more crap than i did the other day. i find exercising helps my depression a heap. I'm still on medication though and am ok with that. But like we all know "exercising gives you endorphin, endorphin's make you happy. happy people don't kill people"

Yup OP I was totally having that issue. So I set my Fitbit to sedentary ( as I work an office job),it was confusing the f**k out of me. Now I just use Fitbit to track my steps and sleep and MFP for food and activity level.

I manage to get in a 20-30 minute walk at lunchtime at work every week day and then depending on the evening I'll do a dance HIIT thing on the Xbox. If the child can stay in bed and go to sleep. In the weekend we have started going for family walks but if they don't want to come with me I'll go for a walk around the block…

Tired, but good and in need of many Skull punches (it's a drink with all the rum and they set it on fire) with my friend who left work recently. i both loathe him for leaving me and am happy he has a new job.

I weigh in at Jenny Craig at the end of the day and only take my shoes off. It's a bit depressing but i don't have an accurate scale at home so i don't weigh myself there in case i think i've lost more than i have....

When i realised should my younger sister need a kidney I wouldn't be able to give her one as i was so unfit. That was the cherry on top for me..... i already didn't like the way I looked, it caused my depression to increase and turned into a vicious circle. So i decided to stop it and start exercising and eating better.

I confess, I stay up after everyone has gone to bed and sometimes have a couple of biscuits and don't log it. And I'm plotting on how to get my husband to never talk to his crazy *kitten* family again.
