  • I don't typically eat anything during my 8 hour shift. I get two 15 minute breaks. I have a desk job and they don't care if we eat at our desk i just never do. I normally get up around 1030 am and have my first meal. I then eat again about 130 pm before i go to work. I won't eat again until i leave work.

  • Stepping on the scale and seeing a number that I've never seen before. My boyfriend pointed out that i try to hide myself from him even though we live together and he's seen everything.
