I always drank loads of lager but not drank now for months apart from like odd one now and again I have 2litres of water a day now feel great.Ive never been a big eater just what I did eat was wrong foods :)

That's what I thought but it seems to make sense if 1 day of your diary was a brilliant loss over 5 week be better stick to it.Sad I no and boring but nothing else I do is working
