Thanks. Due to having fibromyalgia I’m barely able to do about 10 mins at a time so I suppose it’s not much burning of calories

I think you need to measure yourself with a measuring tape and keep track of the inches lost. You may not be losing weight because you are gaining muscle but you definitely "are" losing fat since you are noticing it in your clothes etc. Hope that helps

Oh that's no good. I was hoping the info would be helpful in determining not just lbs lost but body fat, water content etc

My %age BF comes out way higher than on a. Other person machine, same with my mom when she uses both scales so which is right????

Thanks all for your encouraging words. I'm on day 17 and by focusing on just my calorie limits and drinking lots of water I'm already down 10 lbs which I thought could never happen without exercise. I'm so exited!!! You guys are awesome!!
