Ladies feel free to add me. I have 10 lbs to loose. I'll see were I am once I hit that goal. I lift weights and run moderatly at least twice a week. I try to eat under 1200 calories a day (it's getting easier). WE CAN DO THIS!!!

I'm in the same position. I spend way too much time sitting while in school! I run up and down the stairs. It's a killer.

Definitely motivational when someone is looking at your progress or lack there of. Just getting serious about logging everything. I'm @ 140 and trying to stay under 1200 calories a day.
