I am tying to stay under 1200 cal per day. I lift weight and run 3 times a week but it's not enough. I'll eat right for 2-3 days and then loose it with one day of weAlness accociated with a busy schedual. If I talk about it maybe I'll be more awarefills. The app definitely helps!!!
