Just starting week 3 and this is the first day I have not woken with headache. Not sure if is how I ate yesterday finally finished carb withdrawal.

How is your appetite now? I am into my third week and my appetite is almost non existent. I struggle everyday to hit my protein mark. Before every meal, I track food but I rarely finish the meal. I should be hitting my calorie count (just over 1200) and rarely do.
