Keto kick (looking for support and fitness pals)

Hi my name is Tia I am 19, mom of 2, I work full time at a doctors office 8-5 and go to school at night till 9:00. I’ve gained 30 pounds over my pregnancies and I really am motivated to lose it! I started the keto diet 4 days ago and have been keeping under 20 net carbs a day except for today I went to 26 net carbs. If anyone has any tips,tricks,hacks, or even advice and support! I am all ears! Thank you nice meeting you all!

I started 3 days ago but I've only been able to keep it under 30. I actually like the diet but my calories are higher than normal so I'm worried.0

It is really important to figure out your macros, including your daily calorie goal. To lose weight you need to be in a deficit. There lots of resources online, FS, and MFP. At the beginning while your body is transferring how to fuel your bodies you will probably suffer Keto Flu. Make sure you get lots of salt and sugar-free nutrients. Keto suits me and I am doing great. You need to find what works for you. Don't forget to get moving. Good luck.1
