I decided to have 2 more kids in my 30s so here I am 33 with a 10 month old. I want to be healthy and feel confident I won't have a heart attack before she graduates high school.

I need a human to hold me accountable as well. Logging my foods helps a lot, but I need to know there is someone who can see it and call me out for eating the cake or not getting off the couch enough. I, also, have a long way to go.
