1/2 cup of oats, whole wheat toast w/ a tablespoon extra crunchy peanut butter, 1slice of turkey bacon. 8oz of 1 percent milk not pictured

Cucumber "noodles" with some kimchi and jalapeno-cilantro sauce; a breakfast "cookie" (made with oats, almond butter, dried fruit, banana, and walnuts).1

A breakfast foldover I make with 1 egg cooked in 1/2 tsp butter, 14g extra sharp cheddar wrapped up in a low fat, low carb tortilla.1

Then after PT went to the local coffee shop with the OH and had a veggie full English, 2 quorn sausages, baked beans, scrambled eggs, mushrooms, 1.5 grilled tomatoes, 1.5 slices wholemeal bread.0 -

I just joined today, I had one orange, one egg scrambled with 1 T of shredded cheese, 1T of salsa and some salad greens with half a cup of orange juice diluted with water. IM STILL HUNGRY!!1

A banana and half a serving of peanut butter. Not much of a breakfast eater and often just do a protein shake, but out of protein powder! I also tend to have munchies later in the evening, so I try to plan my calories accordingly.0

2 egg muffins I made yesterday (made 10, portioned them out over 5 days) and 2 links of Brown and Serve Turkey Sausage. And black coffee. And 60 grams of Blueberries. 200 calories and it kept me full until lunch...0

Want some advice? Try and get rid of the juice (the sugar will just make you hungrier). Increase the 1 egg to 2 eggs. Maybe move the orange to 2hrs after breakfast? Or swap it out for a fruit with less sugar content (berries). I tend to do better when my protein is really high in the morning. I tend to keep carbs until later...some will disagree, but I feel sugar makes me hungry.1 -
