Update* I made some progress, and my plantar fascia acted crazy. Needless to say, I couched it for a bit and fell off. I am looking forward to spinning up again.

I’m restarting it now too! Had great success with is in 2007 and 2012 but fell off. Excited about starting it again and staying this time.
