When I traveled in Italy, I was surprised that 99% of food/beverage/quick mart/truck stops ALL had espresso machines.....and a small liquor section that I would load up on Lemoncello. Oh my my my........

Well, this explains a lot. Ragweed is one of my most potent allergy pollens. Horse riding thru the fields and pastures in the fall is its own hell on my system.

My neighbor is diabetic and he claims that Columbia Crest Cab (silver labeling) does not raise his blood sugar as much as other reds. I do not know if that correlates to less sugar/carbs.

Truvia, stevia, xylitol etc are ALL giving me the same symptoms as the other artificial sweeteners.

I had been to an MD years ago about this and her opinion was that I am one of the rare individuals that does not process artificial sugars normally. Did not diagnose allergy but sensitivity. I won't tell you how to do your diet/body building plan, nor would I be critical. You may want to re-think your conversation style.…
