I get 1,510 a day to eat. I usually have 0-200 calories leftover at the end of the day. Which is usually fine for me and I'm not starving at any point in the day.

I am trying to lose about 45lbs as well. I find that I have to track everything that I eat otherwise I feel like I'm not doing well or eating to many calories. This way I know exactly how many calories that I eat everyday. I really like that at the end of the day when I complete my tracking and mark it done it tells me 'if…

Thanks everyone! I might play around with weighing in daily and weekly. More than likely I will weigh in weekly, mornings are hectic for me so I feel like the weekend might be a better option.

I usually weigh my veggies if it is a full serving of them or if they are part of my recipe or a full meal. If i'm putting a little lettuce on a sandwich then I don't.
