Here are mine. First pic is a comparison of me at ~600lbs (before I started) and a pic just before Christmas having lost 80 lbs. The last one is me today at 120 down (~480lbs). I've been cleaning today so last one I'm a bit dirty/sweaty.

Had to buy my second new belt since September; my pants were falling off. Using belts as a measure, thats about 8 inches lost.

Does anyone know where to get BIG custom bands? I've wanted to get either a fitbit or an apple watch, but my wrist is about 10" in circumference and most custom bands I've seen top out slightly over 9".

I tried this this weekend. All I have to say is man that looks easy, but they are moving fast. My 490+ lb self was going whoaaa. Then about 5 minutes in she's all, well that was the warmup, time to step up the pace! :open_mouth: Time to step up my game :lol:

I get this. I don't like people to see me struggle with anything, especially things that are easy for most of people. These are great ideas! I love the idea of visualizing it. When I was home for the holidays we cooked a prime rib for dinner and Dad came over and told me to hold the tray (the meat was ten pounds pre cooked). He said there; you've lost 8 of those. It's astonishing how much weight we get used to carrying.

When I started trying to walk more I literally paced in my apartment for x minutes at a time. Felt stupid, but it got me moving. You can do it :smile:

You can do it! I had the same experience in September last year; bought a scale that could weigh me and found I was 100 pounds more than my worst estimate. Since then I'm down 107 pounds. Just start :)
