Hi sorry I missed last Saturday. We had a death in the family this week. And I started my new job this week. I've been Shadowing carers of a client who is now mine as well. It's been a strange mix of emotions and busy.

Cloud bread was my staple for bread replacement during the summer last year. I've got some in the freezer from the end of last year. I really like fathead pizza made with coconut flour though my son wasn't so keen on the coconut in it.

I did keto from June last year but by autumn I had found the strickedness of the carbs was too much so I'm going low carb but not as low as keto needs. I just find it too hard and keto flu while working and driving about most of the day isn't what I'm wanting.

Is it just me or is Christmas showing in the spreadsheet 🤣. I'm hoping mines just water again. I've been turning to baked potatoes and tuna a lot this last couple of weeks and chips(fries). It's been a couple of turned up weeks and hectic.

@nbbaby I've done keto and it gets rid of water your body's holding on to in the first couple of weeks. I realised I was making common mistakes of eating too much fat. I know that distance of my walks and so far my inspire has been giving me the right distance. I also use to us an HRM chest band and the calories given are similar so personally I see my inspire as giving me correct information.
