Only a week and a half untill school starts again and 2 for preschool, but I'm trying to get us back into some order. Mostly bed times and meals at the right times not all over the place like they have been. Fingers crossed I'll have a loss in weight and be able to have something to post again. I'm only posting losses.

Eat back some of your exercise calories. If you press the nutrients button at the bottom it will show you your Net calories which is what you have actually taken in after the exercise calories have been deducted.
