I have the same problem. Sometimes I feel like I'm obsessed with the scale.

I've tried the app before. I've got about 60 more pounds to lose. I struggle alot with trying to eat better things. I have a hard time trying to find time to exercise after I get home from work. Right now I work 10-12 hours a day 5 days a week. And I have a tendency to graze after I get home while I'm fixing dinner.
