I did decline bench and I believe my form was a little off for the lift. I have a high pain tolerance and didn't realize it until the next chest day.

I think it's that I'm not eating enough, I never seem to meet my caloric goals. Any tips on fitting all the food in my stomach? Haha :#

Eating all that food in that small amount of time is definitely the toughest part. Leaves me with my stomach hurting most of the time. Haha

I was attempting to do it simultaneously, and it was working for a bit but I've kind of hit a plateau and I'm not seeing much results. I'd appreciate any feedback, here to learn. Haha
